Casa Silva 2002 Los Lingues Gran Reserva Carmenère (Colchagua Valley)

Ripe and meaty, with olive and herbs along with solid blackberry aromas. More of a full-bodied, heavier wine; there's substance and tannin along with beefy fruit and a fair dose of chocolate and roasted tomato. Quite dark on the finish. A successful reach for a higher level. Imported by Vin Divino. Michael Schachner
