Casa Silva 2018 Los Lingues Vineyard Estate Grown Carmenère (Colchagua Valley)

Spicy, oaky berry and black plum aromas are fairly herbaceous, which is what one should expect from a Casa Silva Carmenère. This is fresh and full on the palate, but grinding. True varietal flavors of herbal berry and plum are edgy and avoid turning green on the finish. Michael Schachner
