Cass 2019 Rockin' One White (Paso Robles)

Fat aromas of peach and ripe apricot are cut by wet stone on the nose of this blend of 47% Roussanne, 33% Viognier and 20% Marsanne. It's very rounded on the entry to the palate, with baked pineapple and peach flavors, yet a persistent acidity that cuts through the ripeness. Matt Kettmann
