Cass 2020 Marsanne (Paso Robles)

Editors' Choice

Winemaker Sterling Kragten deftly handles this often difficult grape in this stainless, cold-fermented bottling. Aromas of peach, ripe melon and banana make for a ripe start, but there's a firm stony streak to the palate, where a steely minerality and tart lime peel acidity wraps around those rich stonefruit flavors.
