While smoky and mineral on the nose, the palate of this semidry Rieslaner, a cross between Riesling and Sylvaner, is boldly fruity. Fresh tangerine and berry notes are a bit candied on the palate but balanced neatly by a racy streak of acidity. This light-bodied sip finishes with sweetness.
