At 50,000 cases plus, this is as mass-market a wine as Brunello goes. But it's a darn good one, with tobacco, citrus and herbs on the nose. Runs a bit simple and grapy on the palate, but it's overwhelmingly ripe, healthy and full-force. Nothing tricky here, just clean cherry, plum and chocolate flavors sitting comfortably on a medium-to-full frame. Imported by Banfi Vintners.
