Here's an inviting Chianti Classico riserva, with an enticing fragrance of violet, rose and berry with whiffs of spice. The palate delivers a core of ripe wild cherry layered with white pepper, cinnamon and pipe tobacco. It has elegant tannins and while it's drinking nicely now, hold another few years for more complexity.
