A blend of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this offers aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, underbrush and black pepper. The palate offers dried black cherry, blackberry, clove, anise and espresso alongside assertive tannins. A slightly bitter note of dried sage marks the finish.
