Catskill Provisions New York Honey

Reminiscent of tea with honey, this bottling is a collaboration between a whiskey producer and a honey purveyor, both from upstate New York. The three year-old rye is infused with a “slight amount” of raw local honey, creating a light-bodied, drying whiskey, with notes of cedar and black tea, and slightly a sweet honey accent on the finish Kara Newman
