This fine cooperative offers a range of Rasteau wines. This one is full-bodied and muscular without being hard, showing enough structure to warrant cellaring at least through 2018 or so. Cracked pepper, leather, dark fruit and earth notes mark the nose, while the palate adds coffee and plum to the mix.
