Cave Spring 2003 Reserve Riesling (Niagara Peninsula)

Dry enough to please folks who think they don't like sweet wine, yet with enough residual sugar to please those who like a touch of sweetness, this wonderfully balanced Riesling from north of the border is a perfect summer sipper. Ripe peach and green apple flavors freshen up on the citrusy finish. Imported by Eber Brothers. Joe Czerwinski
