A beautiful copper color, deep and dense. Modeled on the wines of Provence's Domaines Ott, this rosé was designed, says the winemaker, to age. It's whole-cluster fermented from Grenache vines that have been picked and grown specifically to be a rosé—not a saignée. Compact, compressed and powerful with an emphasis on the mineral subtext, light peach and strawberry highlights.
