Cayuse 2019 Edith Grenache Armada Vineyard Rosé (Walla Walla Valley (OR))

Editors' Choice

Rosé coming from this area of the valley is a rare beast, let alone a Grenache offering. This wine spent several days on skins but is still a pale peach color. It brings aromas and flavors of mountain strawberry, wet stone and orange rind. The palate has great textural depth but also has a wonderful brightness. It's a serious rosé if ever there were one.
