Cedarville 2014 Estate Grenache (El Dorado)

Editors' Choice

Healthy doses of black pepper and smoked meat in both the aromas and the flavors give this wine a pretty forceful personality, and it has good fruit to back them up. It smells like cracked pepper and cedar, tastes spicy, meaty, quite firm in texture and brings out raspberry and red cherry on the finish. Jim Gordon
