Cerulean 2012 Pinot Noir (Columbia Gorge (WA))

This is a rugged, dark and meaty version of Pinot Noir, so don't look for elegance or finesse. It's showing musky flavors of fig and plum, with a background of underbrush and ample tannins. Tasty enough, though lacking in varietal specificity. Paul Gregutt
