This full-priced Bordeaux-style blend is a bit light on extract but features plenty of tree bark, leather and cola aromas. Some raspberry and cherry flavors work well on the balanced palate, and the finish is pleasant, if maybe a bit woody. Quite clean, lean and tangy, but expensive given its shallow depth. —M.S.
