Chamonix 2009 Greywacke Pinotage (Franschhoek)

This Pinotage shows great balance and restraint, with almost Pinot-Noir-like characteristics of forest floor, earthy mushroom and tree-bark spice alongside the cherry and plum fruit core. It's elegant and approachable now, with a silky texture and fine, fleeting tannins. Lauren Buzzeo
