A true field blend of Muscat, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco, the Sylvanus is a profoundly aromatic, yet remarkably composed white wine. It's exuberant on the nose with lush flowers, tropical fruit and a whiff of exotic spice. The palate is dry, but lusciously concentrated with notes of orange peel and waxy flower that finish with a touch of saline and oyster shell.
