Wonderfully rich, yeasty, dusty aromas; its flavor profile isn't toasty, exactly, but has a sweet wheat-cracker richness, plus a zip of citrus zest. As is the case with most Heidsieck wines, the mouthfeel is rich and textured with fine bead. Finishes with flavors of nougat and marzipan.
