This is a full-throttle, Cabernet Sauvignon-based, Bordeaux-style blend, all from estate-grown grapes. It is huge in velvety texture, though moderate acidity props up the boldness of the blackberry jam and meaty characteristics, all dotted with black-pepper accents.
