From the vineyard associated with the hotel of the same name and owned by the Cazes family of Lynch-Bages, this is a dense Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated wine. It has power and structure, its black fruits on the dry side, concentrated and ready for aging. It should be kept at least four years.
