Dark in color, with a bit of lemony oak to the nose as well as chocolate and black plum. The palate is a basic Bordeaux mix of cassis, earth, plum and tree bark. The clean, smooth finish confirms the wine's ripeness. A good middle-of-the-road red for everyday affairs.
