This salmon-pink rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir. It has classic aromas of freshly picked cherries and vanilla bean. There are flavors of dried cherries and fresh cream on the palate that are reminiscent of cherry-vanilla ice cream, with balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
