The 73-acre vineyard of Galinière is close to Aix-en-Provence at the western end of the Côtes de Provence vineyards. Named after the plateau where the vines grow, it is a bright, spicy wine that shows refreshing acidity along with lemon and grapefruit flavors. The wine finishes in a burst of juiciness.
