Blackberry flavors are penetrating and pristine in this full-bodied but vivacious blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. It's gorgeously fruity but anchored by nuances of earth and a salty, mineral undertow. The finish lingers on hints of anise and fine, reverberating tannins. The wine drinks elegantly now but should open and improve through 2030 and likely hold further. Anna Lee C. Iijima
