From biodynamically grown grapes, this is a concentrated wine with mint and spice flavors as well as tight red fruits. It comes from vines situated in the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, giving the typical mineral character from the granite soil as well as the structure. The wine will be ready to drink from 2017.
