Ripe and tangy, this full-flavored wine may miss out on some fruitiness but it has plenty of other flavors with herbs, spice and pepper. The blend holds 50% Mouvèdre, 25% Tibouren, 15% Grenache and 10% Syrah selected from old-vine plots. It could wait a few months, so drink from the end of 2015.
