This wood-aged blend of Rolle and Ugni Blanc comes from selected parcels on the ancient estate Hubert Rouy began renovating in 2003. It is smooth, rich and full of toasty flavors as well as ripe, tropical fruits. It can be drunk now although it will be so much better from 2017.
