Château Frank 1996 Finger Lakes

It begins with classic brut aromas of citrus, peach and strawberry, with oak, smoke and yeast shadings. But it's surprisingly sweet. Well made and clean, with crisp acidity and nice restraint to the fruit. But those expecting a drier wine will be disappointed.
