This traditional Champagne-style blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier entices on the nose with hints of golden toast, vanilla and biscuit. It's dense on the palate with a thick, aggressively mouth-filling foam, but tart, sprightly acidity accents pleasant apple and pear flavors.
