Produced from Michel and Isabelle Dietrich's oldest vines on the plateau above the Cadillac fortress, the wine is rich. There's plenty of black-currant fruit and acidity to balance while still showing its wood aging. The wines are vegan (no animal products in production). Drink this wine from 2018.
