Pale pink in hue, this consistently well-made rosé balances the juicy strawberry exuberance of Grenache against peppery, herbal accents of Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Fruit forward and juicy yet refreshing on the palate, it finishes with grapefruit acidity and a lingering edge of salt. Delicious now, the wine should drink well year round. Anna Lee C. Iijima
