Winemaker Cédric Blanc made this so pale rosé from a 100% Malbec vineyard at the foot of the Lagrézette castle in Cahors. Aged in wood, the result is a spicy wine, more than a fruity one, with ripe strawberry flavors that are smoothed out and given a lightly toasted character. It's made to be drunk young and with its fruitiness intact.
