Christophe and Fabien Vincent are focused on picking the right soils for their grapes. It takes a while. In this vintage, initially this wine is not showing much. It then opens with a tight, herbal character. It is refreshing, tangy and textured with its green plum and green-herb flavors. The wine is ready to drink.
