This wine comes from a vast 460-acre vineyard on the plateau just west of Pauillac. The wood-aging just shows in what is otherwise a ripe and fruity wine. A firm tannic core indicates the youth of the wine rather than masking the fruit. Generous and fruity, this wine will develop well. Drink from 2018.
