This wood-aged blend of Merlot and Malbec comes from the range of hills that continue from Saint-Emilion and Castillon in Bordeaux. There are similarities in the richness of this wine giving a fine balance between fruit and acidity. The tannins and the spice from wood aging are showing well, suggesting the wine will age. Drink from 2019.
