As befits a wine that is part of this Pomerol satellite appellation, this is almost entirely Merlot. New-wood aging adds a minty character and dark-coffee flavor. Firm tannins, bold black fruits and balanced acidity all make their mark in this potentially opulent wine. Drink from 2021.
