This structured, tight and still-young wine comes from vineyards in the northern Médoc. With enough weight to promise aging, it is layered with stalky black-currant flavors and firm tannins that need to soften. Underneath, there is the potential for juicy fruitiness and balanced structure. Drink from 2018.
