Jean-Christophe Icard is the keeper of the winery which has been in the family since 1799. Attractive herbal fruits and lively acidity make a wine that is refreshing and crisp. Apple and apricot flavors are lifted by the strong citrus streak that cuts right through. Give this wine a few more months, so drink from late 2016.
