Very herbal, this wine is all tangy acidity and spice. It shows strong Sauvignon flavors and texture with a fresh background to all this richness. Drink from 2018. The property is owned by Bordeaux Sciences Agro school, which uses the 55-acre vineyard for training and experiments.
