89pointsChâteau Lusseau 2005 Graves

Big, rounded and fruity, very appropriate for the vintage, this is a smoothly polished style of wine, with mint and wood layers over the ripe blackberry fruits. It is dense, the tannins dusty rather than tight, the structure still very much to the front. It needs another year of aging. Roger Voss
