Château Malartic-Lagravière 2013 Pessac-Léognan

This wine is concentrated, dense and has superb acidity and fresh white fruits. Crisp apples, pears and spice from the wood aging are all there. Made with 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Sémillon, this is a wine for the long haul, so, if you can, wait until 2020 before drinking. Bonnet family owners are in the mix; Michel Rolland consults. Roger Voss
