94-96 Barrel Sample A year in which Château Margaux had a much higher percentage (90%) than usual of Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a wine that is pure fruit, very juicy, packed with black currants. It is surprisingly soft even for the usually elegant Margaux, a vintage that will develop relatively fast over 10 years.
