Owned by Jean-François Ménard since 1985, the shift to organic vineyards began in 2012. This wine is lively and crisp, full of herbal acidity and lemon fruits. It has a riper side as well, with its apricot and rich pear flavors. The wine is open, bright and ready to drink.
