Although labeled as Sec (dry), this wine has hallmarks of the sweeter wines from this estate. Through its crisp, dry texture come honey, almonds and a light hint of botrytis. It makes for a delicious wine that is likely to age well, although hard to resist now. Drink ideally from 2018.
