This wine comes from the Madiran vineyard of the Lesgourgues family, who are also producers of Armagnac and Bordeaux. It is just beginning to mature, with the rich tannins integrating with the powerful structure and intense black-plum and currant fruits. The dry edge gives the wine concentration, while the finish brings out black-currant acidity. Drink this fine wine from 2018.
