Château Puy-Servain 2004 Terrement White (Haut-Montravel)

The aromas of rich botrytis are instant and enticing on this sweet wine. It has much of the richness of Sauternes, but with an extra freshness that comes from pear and water melon fruit flavors. The layer of dry botrytis adds structure to what is a finely balanced wine. Roger Voss
