Château Saint-Nabor 2010 Tradition Red (Côtes du Rhône)

This has a deeply flushed, burgundy core. The reluctant nose shows graphite, game and pepper, with boysenberry and blackberry joining underbrush and cedar on the palate. The very average fruit concentration shows light dilution and leads to a short finish. Moderately drying tannins and lively acidity frame the supple body and will allow it to hold for at least two years though the wine will not likely evolve to benefit.
