This fruity, black-currant-flavored wine comes from a blend of Merlot and Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc. A strong, smoky tannin character lies under the fruit and makes the wine both structured and fresh, with blackberry acidity at the end. This promises some aging; drink from 2017.
