Smooth and rich, this has a ripe, almost oily texture that gives unctuous white fruits flavors over the new wood. The wine shows spice and toast that complement and balance the light structure of pear skins with just a squeeze of citrus juice. This is the second white of Château Smith Haut-Lafitte.
